Prior to establishing Stratosphere, our Directors had many years of experience running large international businesses, at senior Board, CEO and Chairman levels. They therefore understand the importance of finding and hiring the ‘right people’. Frustrations in identifying and employing candidates throughout their many years in industry led the directors to establish this exceptional search and recruitment company.

Our core activity is in the base salary range of £50,000 to £150,000, although we are able to operate outside of these ranges, which allows us to work with our clients across their entire management structure.
